This page explains the items we confirm in a written proposal. It is not a substitute for your project agreement.
Scope and approvals
Your proposal should identify deliverables, excluded work, revision rounds, required client content, approval stages and a proposed schedule. Changes to scope should be agreed in writing together with any effect on price or timing.
Fees and payment
We confirm the currency, total fees, applicable taxes, deposit if any, payment stages and third-party costs in your quote. Do not assume that hosting, advertising spend, stock assets or print production are included unless listed.
Ownership and licensed materials
Your agreement should state which deliverables and source files you receive, when rights transfer, and which fonts, software, images or other materials remain subject to separate licences. You should have permission to use the materials you supply.
Revisions, cancellation and refunds
Revision limits, cancellations, work already completed and any refundable amounts must be addressed in your agreed terms before payment. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply. There is no blanket “no refunds” policy on this page.
Handover and support
Confirm file formats, access credentials, acceptance criteria and any support or maintenance period. Ongoing services need a defined scope and renewal arrangements.
Publicity and confidentiality
Agree whether the completed project, your name, logo or testimonial may be used in our portfolio. Confidential or embargoed material should not be published without approval.
